When you schedule an appointment with us, we set aside enough time to provide you with the highest quality care. That’s why it is very important that you keep your scheduled appointment with respect to yours, next patient’s and your doctor’s time.
As a courtesy, and to help patients remember their scheduled appointments, Heal Hub makes reminder phone calls and WhatsApp messages 24 hours in advance of the appointment time.
We have created the Cancellation policy in order to set mutual boundaries and expectations around attendance.
Please see our Appointment Cancellation/No Show Policy below:
Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact our office as soon as possible, and no later than 8 business hours prior to your scheduled appointment. This gives us time to schedule other patients who may be waiting for an appointment.
If a patient misses an appointment without 4 hours* notice, it will be considered as “Missed” or “No Show”.
- First missed/no show appointment will be charged half price of the appointment value.
- Second missed/no show appointments will be charged half price of the appointment value.
- Third missed/no show appointment will be charged a full session.
Additionally, Heal Hub reserves a right to dismiss a patient from the practice for repeatedly failing to follow attendance guidelines.
The fee is charged to the patient, not the insurance company, and is due at the time of patient’s next visit prior to the treatment session.
*4 business hours- based on clinic opening hours (from 8 am to 6 pm Sun-Fri).
You can reschedule or cancel appointments by reaching us via the following channels during our business hours
Landline:045466152
Mobile: +971 55 431 0436
Whilst every attempt will be made, we cannot guarantee the same specialist, physician, therapist or technician for the rescheduled appointment.
Patients who schedule clinic appointments and fail to keep them have a negative impact on their own and other patient’s care, productivity and the organization’s financials. The policy is designed to minimize disruptions in the scheduling process, in delivery of care, and ultimately in ensuring that all patients have access to the care they need.
Thank you for working with us to continue to meet this standard.
