What is Red Light therapy?
Red Light is a safe and non-invasive technique that works by delivering concentrated wavelengths of natural red and near-infrared light into the skin all the way to the cells of the body.
How does it work?
It helps to think of red light therapy as exercise for your cells. Much like with weightlifting for your muscles and cardio for your heart and lungs, red light therapy strengthens your cells’ ability to produce energy, provokes an anti-inflammatory and antioxidant response within the cells which, simply put, makes them stronger.
Is it safe?
This therapy is not toxic, not invasive and not as harsh as some topical skin treatments. Unlike the cancer-causing ultraviolet (UV) light from the sun or tanning booths, RLT doesn’t use this type of light.

What are compression boots, and how do they work?
Compression boots use sequential air compression to massage the legs, promoting circulation, reducing muscle fatigue, and accelerating recovery by flushing out waste products from the muscles.
Who can benefit from using compression boots?
Anyone can benefit, but they’re particularly useful for athletes, fitness enthusiasts, and individuals recovering from injury or surgery. They’re also helpful for people who spend long hours on their feet or sitting.
How long does a compression boot session last?
Our sessions typically last 20-30 minutes, which is generally enough time to experience the full benefits of improved circulation and reduced muscle soreness.
Is it safe to use compression boots regularly?
Yes, compression therapy is safe when used as directed. However, if you have specific health conditions such as deep vein thrombosis (DVT) or severe varicose veins, please consult a healthcare professional before using them.
Do compression boots hurt?
Not at all! The pressure is adjustable, so you can find a level that feels comfortable and effective for you. Most people find it relaxing, similar to a gentle massage.
